Grupo ALTASA, was born in the middle of the 1970’s as a family business founded by Adan Luís Talavera Salinas,dedicated to the livestock production. As an immediate result of the circumstances of the 1980´s in Nicaragua, they started participating in other economical activities during the 1990´s, such as pharmaceutical distribution, coffee production, livestock, and real estate. After 17 years Grupo Altasa emerges as a group of companies dedicated to the development of our country and consolidation of its subsidiaries. At the present time it stands out in different sectors such as pharmaceutical distribution, coffee production, dairy products, and real estate developments.
